In 2025, the community of St. Thomas came together in prayerful reflection and conversation to discern God’s call for our shared future. Out of this process, we identified five strategic priorities that will guide our mission and ministry over the next five years. These priorities reflect the areas we believe God is calling us to nurture and grow, so that we may deepen our faith, strengthen our community, and live out the gospel with purpose and joy.
Spiritual Growth: providing meaningful opporutnities for worship, learning and spiritual formation - welcoming all ages into a deeper relationship with God.
Children and Youth: nurturing and strengthening ministries for children, youth, and their families - encouraging faith, beloning, and joyful participation in parish life.
Community Engagement: serving with compassion and generosity – building on our tradition of outreach through refugee sponsorship, food ministry, and partnerships that amplify unheard voices and work for justice.
Communication and Connection: sharing our story with clarity and creativity - inviting others in, encouraging invovlement, and celebrating the life we share together.
Sustainability and Stewardship: caring for all that God has entrusted to us - practicing wise, faith stewardship to support vibrant, lasting ministry.
